GEORGIA O'KEEFFE
(November 15, 1887-March 6, 1986)
Having studied art since childhood, in 1908 O'Keefe became discouraged with her work and stopped painting. Four years later, she started again, stripping away the imitative realism she had been taught and developing her own personal language. For the rest of her life, she focused on images from nature, distilled to their essential shapes and colors.

Title: Over-Run Fridge...No Room for grandkid pix
This is a review for Georgia, Buddha, Mark Twain, Virginia Woolf, the Nutcracker ensemble (with music box) Spinoza, Betsy Ross, Sholem Alecheim and Andy Warhol......we have about 30 of these guys/gals and love them all. And it started so innocently with Kafka purchased at the Jewish Museum in NYC....we're talking addiciton here.
