Thomas Edison

The Wizard of Menlo Park, now appearing at your home! That's right, the genius who gave us the phonograph, the movie camera, and the light bulb can now be on the tip of your finger. Put on your own puppet shows in which Edison creates inventions of the future. "With my new humanatomizer, a person can be reduced to a fine mist and transported via pneumatic tube anywhere in the world." Granted, we have that already, but you can imagine the fun you'll have with just a little imagination. The Thomas Edison Puppet is about 4 inches tall and looks very much like the elderly Edison. Even at this small size, the detail is very impressive. He even has a lightbulb in his hand! The puppet is also magnetized, so you can stick him on your refrigerator, filing cabinet, or your electromacrograph.

THOMAS ALVA EDISON
(February 11, 1847 - October 18, 1931)
Thomas Edison, the last of seven children, did not speak until he was seven years old. Before he grew to adulthood, he had lost most of his hearing (possibly to scarlet fever or a clout on the head from a train conductor). His first invention was an electric vote-recording machine, which was roundly criticized for fear that its efficiency would disrupt the political process. He went on to invent the light bulb, the phonograph, the movie projector, and hundreds of other useful things.
