We have no idea how they do this, but it's NOT powered by batteries, nuclear cells, or even singularities drawn from black holes. Rather, all you need to do is pull the 4-inch Tardis backwards. This triggers some space-age mechanism inside that sends it racing off on its way, rotating now and then before moving on. Was it the Time Lords who designed this marvel, or just some overzealous toy designer with too much time on his hands? Either way, it's pretty wild.
